I just wanted to write you a note to say how pleased we are with our new roof!

Karen and Dennis Ivie were very professional and went “above and beyond” in explaining the roof replacement process.  This was a ‘big green monster’ and elping us through the insurance claim paperwork along with the contractor coordination put your company at the top.

It’s good to know that there are local folks willing to do the right thing and making sure your cutsomer had a ‘turn-key’ installation.

Melissa in your office, was ver accomodating, I had an emergency trip come up three days before the first scheduled installation date and she was able to help me move it out until I returned.  (It appears we even had severe weather while I was gone?)

Anotonio and staff did a wonderful job and our house looks great!  His group of 11 installers jumped right in and completed my house in one day.  They were very courteous and made sure my yard was completely free from any debris left over from the installation. WOW!

Please pass along our thanks from the entire family to your staff for a job WELL DONE and call on me any time for a reference.
